Kuber Shipping & Delivery Policy

SERVICEABLE AREAS

  • We currently deliver our products across India through reputed courier partners.
  • Delivery availability depends on the PIN code of your shipping address and can be checked during checkout.
  • If your area is not serviceable, you will not be able to place an order.
  • We are continually expanding our logistics coverage to reach more locations.
  • We do not deliver to international destinations at present.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 2–9 business days after receiving full payment and order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an email and/or SMS confirming that your order has been received and is being processed.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation message containing the tracking number and courier details.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier partner’s website.
  • You can track your shipment through the “Track Orders” section on our website or via the courier’s tracking portal using the AWB/tracking ID.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Delivery timelines vary depending on location and product availability:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 5–9 business days
  • Tier 3 & Rural Areas: 7–12 business days
  • Remote/Hilly/Island Regions: Up to 15 business days

Note: Delays may occur due to natural calamities, holidays, lockdowns, or unforeseen courier issues.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.
  • Orders above a certain value may qualify for free shipping as per current website offers.
  • If an order is partially cancelled or returned, shipping fees may be adjusted or retained.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling fee.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

  • Some orders may be dispatched in multiple packages due to logistical or availability reasons.
  • Separate tracking details will be provided for each shipment.
  • Each parcel will include its own statutory invoice.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS

  • Couriers attempt delivery up to two (2) times at the provided address.
  • If unavailable, the courier may contact you for rescheduling.
  • After two failed attempts, the package is marked undelivered and returned to us.
  • Re-dispatch (if requested) may require additional shipping fees.
  • A valid government photo ID may be required upon delivery.

DELIVERY DELAYS

  • Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, lockdowns, transport restrictions, or other uncontrollable factors.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may also cause delays.
  • We will inform you of any significant delay via email or phone.
  • The Company is not liable for losses arising from such delays.

DAMAGED, MISSING, OR WRONG ITEMS ON DELIVERY

  • If the package appears damaged or tampered with, you should refuse delivery.
  • If accepted, report any issue within 48 hours at info@kuberindustries.co.in along with:
    • Order number
    • Registered mobile number
    • Clear photos of packaging and damaged item(s)
  • Our team will investigate and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit as per our Return & Refund Policy.

UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED ORDERS

  • Orders may be returned to our warehouse if the address is incorrect, incomplete, or the customer is unavailable.
  • Prepaid Orders: Refund (excluding shipping fees) will be processed within 10–15 business days.
  • COD Orders: Redelivery will be attempted only upon your confirmation and prepayment of re-shipping charges.

CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS

  • You may request an address change before dispatch by contacting customer support.
  • Once shipped, modifications are not possible.
  • Any post-dispatch address change is subject to courier approval and may incur additional fees.

OWNERSHIP AND RISK OF LOSS

  • All purchases are made under a shipment contract.
  • Ownership and risk pass to the customer once the courier delivers the package to the specified address.
  • The Company is not liable for loss, theft, or damage after successful delivery.
