Kuber Return & Refund Policy

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Returns and refunds apply only to products purchased directly from our official website.
  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery; requests beyond that period will not be eligible.
  • Returns are accepted only for:
    • Damaged or defective products
    • Wrong product shipped
    • Missing item(s) in the package
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page cannot be returned.
  • The Company reserves the right to reject any return if it appears used, tampered, or not in the original condition.

RETURN PROCEDURE

  • To initiate a return, contact us at info@kuberindustries.co.in or +91 85050 30382 within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include:
    • Order number and registered mobile number
    • Clear photographs showing the product defect or damage
    • A short description of the issue
  • Our Quality Assurance team will review your request within 2–4 business days.
  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partner.
  • If reverse pickup is not available in your location, you may be asked to self-ship the item to our return address.
  • Please retain the shipping receipt until your return is processed.

CONDITIONS FOR APPROVAL

  • The product must be unused and in saleable condition.
  • The complaint must be genuine and supported with photographic evidence.
  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The returned item must pass internal inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.

EXCLUSIONS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products sold under “Final Sale” or “Clearance” labels.
  • Gift cards, coupons, or vouchers.
  • Personal-use items such as kitchen organizers, bathroom accessories, or storage containers once opened or used.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery.

REFUND PROCESS

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
  • COD Orders: Refund will be issued to the bank account provided during your return request.
  • Coupons or Discounts: Coupon value will not be refunded or reissued.
  • Shipping Fees: Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • You may opt for store credit or a coupon instead of a refund.

REPLACEMENTS

  • If the product is in stock, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.
  • Replacements depend on availability at the time the returned item is received.
  • If unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

MISSING OR WRONG ITEMS

  • If your shipment has missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share images of the outer packaging and invoice copy.
  • After verification, the missing item will be shipped at no additional cost, or a refund/store credit will be issued.

DAMAGE DURING RETURN TRANSIT

  • The customer must securely pack the product before returning it.
  • The Company is not responsible for damage caused due to inadequate packaging during return transit.

REFUND TIMELINE

  • Refunds may take up to 15 working days depending on the bank or payment gateway.
  • Delays caused by banking networks or national holidays are beyond the Company’s control.
